How it works

There's no trick to it. You tell us what you want to renovate, we come back with a free scoped quote, and if you're happy with it the project gets planned and built. Here's each step in a bit more detail.

1. Describe your project

Use the quote form to pick a renovation — or just write what you have in mind in your own words if it doesn't fit a category. Photos and rough measurements from your phone make a real difference: they let us see layout, condition and scale, which means the first quote is usually the accurate one.

2. Get your free scoped quote

We review the details, ask a question or two if anything's unclear, and send you a quote that reflects the actual scope. If your project needs a building permit, drawings or design work, that's flagged now — not discovered mid-build. It's free, and there's no obligation — nobody phones you three times a day to "follow up". We don't publish flat prices because honest pricing depends on your actual project.

3. Build with qualified contractors

Projects go to contractors qualified for them. In Ontario that's not just good practice — for some trades it's the law. Electrical work is performed by Licensed Electrical Contractors, gas work by TSSA-certified technicians, and plumbing by licensed plumbers. Where a building permit is needed, it's pulled before work starts and inspections happen at the required stages.

What we don't do

We don't invent reviews, inflate project counts, or claim licences we don't hold. We'd rather earn trust slowly with real work than borrow it with badges.
